Timothy J. Howard was elected President of the Peoria County Bar Association at its Annual Meeting on July 13. Mr. Howard is a graduate of Princeton University and Notre Dame Law School. He has practiced law in Peoria since 1976 and for the last twenty-five years he has concentrated on commercial litigation and banking law.
