With over 10 years of experience, Leynee C. Flores brings a diverse set of skills to the firm in the Chicago office. She focuses her practice on trust and estates, specifically probate matters. She has served clients in both Illinois and Florida, covering a wide array of industries. Her clients range from corporate fiduciaries to individuals in need of legal assistance.
Gordon D. Katz joins the team in the Las Vegas office. Gordon brings extensive experience to the firm, working with business of all sizes and stages of development in areas of general corporate and contract law, securities law, finance, corporate governance, and day-to-day operations. Gordon has a unique perspective on the challenges faced by businesses because, in addition to being an attorney and serving as general counsel, he has been a founder of and held upper-level management positions in several companies.
Bridget L. Underhill has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial real estate matters. She regularly advises clients in the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of various types of properties. In addition, her practice includes corporate and bankruptcy law in which she works closely with corporate entities, debtors, and creditors to navigate their business needs.
As a litigator, Nick A. Worden focuses his practice primarily on commercial litigation matters in the financial institution industry. Prior to joining the firm, Nick served as a judicial law clerk to several judges in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He joins the firm in its Chicago office.
