*Christopher A. Cali has a combined fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry as a managing real estate broker and attorney. He provides real world, practical solutions to his clients on a variety of real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions, leasing, eviction, landlord/tenant dispute resolution, and condominium formations and deconversions. Cali also acts a real estate co-counsel on litigation matters, including evictions, partitions, actions to quiet title, and breach of contract.
*Dan A. Cotter is an experienced attorney and inside general counsel who assists clients in dealing with complex insurance regulatory issues and transactions, and substantial reorganizations of holding company systems. Throughout his career, Cotter has negotiated thousands of contracts from simple to complex, including outsourcing. He also has substantial experience with internal investigations and employment-related issues, and has been involved in privacy and cybersecurity issues since 1996.
*Tejal S. Desai brings over fifteen years of experience in representing financial institutions and private investors in all facets of loan origination, loan workouts, enforcement of remedies under loan documents, contested Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings, lien priority disputes, title disputes, and mechanic's lien litigation. Desai also represents contractors and developers in a variety of matters including construction disputes under the Illinois Mechanics Lien Act.
