Lu brings extensive international experience with her, working in a variety of industries and fields in China for the last decade. While there, Lu served global, publicly traded pharmaceutical companies in addition to international and domestic law firms.
Lu focuses her practices on transactional and general corporate matters, as well as international corporate affairs, specifically in the life science industry and in cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Howard & Howard, she managed and executed mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, technology transaction alliances, and financing transactions on behalf of a research organization supporting global pharmaceutical companies, while also providing counsel on general corporate matters.
