Rudolph brings deep knowledge in condominium law to the firm’s real estate practice, having successfully represented condominium associations, owners, and developers in a wide range of disputes and litigation matters.
An accomplished trial lawyer, Rudolph has first-chaired numerous jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations in Illinois. His courtroom experience directly informs his transactional work, enabling him to advise clients with a focus on minimizing risk and preventing costly disputes before they arise.
Rudolph’s transactional practice spans the purchase and sale of properties from single-family homes to multi-unit apartment buildings, as well as representing developers in the condominium development process and sale of individual units. A significant portion of his work is dedicated to representing condominium associations in all aspects of governance, litigation, covenant enforcement, declaration amendments, assessment collection, injunctions, and disputes with developers and owners.

Rudolph earned his B.A., cum laude, from Boston University in 1992 and his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1995, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and a Herman Moot Court Finalist.
