icon on Chicago, Ill., September 7, 2022 – Howard & Howard is excited to welcome Carolina A. Rodriguez to the Trusts and Estate Planning team within the firm’s growing Business & Corporate Practice Group as the firm continues to expand its Chicago office.
Carolina focuses her practice on trust and estate planning (from simple to complex), estate and trust administration, as well as assisting clients in various types of contract review and negotiating, drafting stock and asset purchase agreements, and other documents related to M&A transactions.
As a post-graduate, Carolina acquired in depth experience drafting wills, trusts, POA documents, Tax Forms, trust and estate accountings, and memos regarding relevant matters relating to trust and estate planning and administration.

Carolina attended Florida State University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in International Relations, and continued to Loyola University Chicago School of Law where she graduated with her J.D.
