A major focus of David's practice is representing homeowners associations. He is also a frequent lecturer on association law topics for attorneys, property managers, and association boards. His condominium law practice encompasses all aspects of governance and litigation, including covenant enforcement, drafting declaration amendments, assessment collection, injunctions, and resolving disputes with contractors and owners.
