George Malis brings over 40 years of experience in corporate law to Howard & Howard. He has successfully advised clients on various tax matters, trust and estate planning, business succession planning, entity formation, and more. George served for many years as the chairperson for the committee on taxation for the U.S. members of Meritas, a worldwide organization of lawyers and law firms. He practices out of the Royal Oak office.
Todd Kennedy joins the team in the Las Vegas office with diverse litigation and appellate experience. He works with clients in a variety of industries, including class action defense, media and first amendment matters, construction disputes, copyright, sports, and entertainment litigation. He has been recognized by Mountain States Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, and holds the AV Preeminent distinction from Martindale Hubbell for his work in the field.
