Kevin has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate, representing institutional and individual clients through a variety of industries. Kevin advises his clients through all aspects of real estate law, including contract terms, zoning regulations, property taxes, landlord-tenant matters, title issues, homeowner associations, and more. He also counsels clients through acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions.
