Together, Braun and Rich established their boutique real estate law firm, Braun & Rich, PC, in 2013. For over a decade, they have advised clients throughout all stages of real estate transactions, frequently representing home buyers and sellers, real estate developers, brokers, investors, lenders, and condominium associations.
With over 30 years of experience, Braun focuses his practice on residential, commercial and investment property closings, short sales, REOs, and new real estate developments. He regularly advises clients on lease negotiations and drafting, sales and acquisitions, 1031 exchange, property development, and financing matters.
Rich concentrates his practice on transactional real estate matters, advising his clients on all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Prior to forming Brauch & Rich, PC, Rich served as the Director of Zoning and Urban Development for the 43rd Ward Alderman of the City of Chicago, where he worked on large-scale projects, including the redevelopment of the former Children’s Memorial Hospital site.
