With over 20 years of diverse real estate experience, Matt focuses his practice on all facets of residential and commercial real estate matters. Matt regularly provides counsel to both individual and corporate clients on all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing transactions.
Before returning to private practice, Matt served as the Director of Zoning and Urban Development for the 43rd Ward Alderman of the City of Chicago, where he oversaw large scale real estate projects, including the redevelopment of the former Children’s Memorial Hospital site. Matt’s role with the City of Chicago provides him the necessary background to consult on zoning and land use matters, redevelopment, and more.
