Greg is a seasoned real estate attorney with more than 30 years of experience advising clients on residential and commercial closings, short sales, REOs, and new real estate developments. He frequently represents both landlords and tenants on lease negotiations and drafting. Greg also has extensive experience with sales and acquisitions, property development, and financing matters.
Additionally, Greg also works with investors, focusing on 1031 exchanges, self-directed IRAs, construction, insurance, financing and corporate formations.
