Mr. Menold focuses his practice in commercial ligation. He handles all aspects of the litigation process, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals. Prior to joining Howard & Howard, he concentrated his practice in health care and medical malpractice defense. Mr. Menold has experience representing hospitals, clinics, physicians, nurses, and other health care providers in complex litigation, as well as compliance and corporate governance matters.
Mr. Menold received his B.S. from Bradley University, summa cum laude, in 2011 and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2014. While in law school, he served as a Notes & Comments Editor of the Northern Illinois University Law Review and received the Brian and Tamra McGough Prize for excellence in the corporate sequence of courses. Mr. Menold is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois.
