With over 20 years of experience, Massimino brings a diverse set of skills to the firm. He is an experienced litigation attorney who began his career representing businesses in state and federal courts. Recognizing common mistakes and blind spots among business owners, he developed tools and practices to help clients navigate litigation and refocus on revenue generation. As an educator, Massimino integrates these insights into his legal advice, earning the trust of numerous businesses with his value-added approach. This has led to a successful outside general counsel practice. When litigation is unavoidable, he is dedicated to managing costs while achieving solid results for his clients.
Massimino graduated from Truman State University with his bachelor's degree and earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
