Vincent is a seasoned intellectual property attorney with over 16 years of experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has filed over 700 patent applications for clients in a variety of technical areas, including automotive, aerospace, mechanical, electrical, medical device, and electronic and computerized controls.
In addition to patent prep and prosecution, Vincent counsels his clients in filing patent applications internationally, and provides support in trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters.
Vincent graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and earned his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law.
