Boschee joins the firm as a seasoned commercial and construction litigator and counselor. With over twenty years of experience, he has represented a diverse range of clients in state and federal courts in Nevada, as well as before administrative agencies. Boschee’s extensive expertise includes handling complex litigation, dispute resolution, and administrative proceedings for business owners, contractors, and individuals. He has successfully managed dozens of trials and arbitrations across multiple states and provides comprehensive support to construction clients throughout all phases of their projects, from initial contracts to final payments and lien releases.
Pictum advises construction clients on partnership disputes, contracts, construction defects, payment disputes, licensing requirements, and risk management. He also has significant experience in employment law, defending employers against claims of alleged violations of Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Additionally, he brings a passion for representing individuals in the sports and entertainment industry. Pictum’s expertise includes negotiating with collegiate collectives and navigating contracts, endorsements, and personal matters.
