icon on ROYAL OAK, Mich., April 10, 2019 – Royal Oak-based law firm Howard & Howard is pleased to announce that Aaron J. Beresh and David J. Goswami have joined the firm. Both will practice out of the firm’s Royal Oak office.
Aaron J. Beresh concentrates his practice on providing practical and effective legal advice to a variety of health care providers and suppliers in connection with a broad range of healthcare transactional, corporate, regulatory, and related matters.
Aaron received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law in 2008 and his B.A. from Michigan State University in 2004. During law school, he served as a member of the Journal of Business & Securities Law. He is licensed to practice in the state of Michigan.
David J. Goswami concentrates his practice in intellectual property with a focus on patent preparation and prosecution. He has experience in the electrical, software, computer, and mechanical arts. In particular, David has worked with clients in the consumer electronics, automotive, telecommunications, financial services, and hospitality spaces. He has experience preparing utility patent applications domestically and internationally.
David received his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 2012. He also received both his B.S.B.A. in 2009 and his B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering, with an additional major certificate in Computer Engineering in 2017 from Oakland University. David is licensed to practice in the state of Michigan and before the USPTO.
