icon on John Savage recently represented Jacques Santucci of Opus Consulting Partners, LLC in his capacity as court-appointed receiver over Las Vegas-based cannabis operators, doing business as The Source, and the sale of substantially all related assets to Deep Roots Harvest, Nevada’s fastest-growing cannabis company.
With this acquisition, Deep Roots Harvest strengthens its market leadership, enhancing product offerings, customer service, and community engagement. The combined expertise of both companies will drive innovation and quality in Nevada’s cannabis industry.
Deep Roots Harvest now owns and operates four Source dispensary locations, two provisional dispensary licenses, and cultivation and distribution facilities in Nevada. They will continue operating under The Source brand while consolidating operations across both retail brands.
