Aubel and Gregory Braun are working alongside Collaborative Community Housing Initiative (CCHI) to help bring CCHI Commons to life, a 50-unit cooperative designed for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Located at 1651 Richfield Ave., the former Auberge memory care facility is being reimagined as a vibrant, inclusive community that fosters independence, dignity, and connection. CCHI Commons is set to open in April 2026, and we’re honored to be part of this meaningful step toward accessible housing solutions.
