David Edelblute is a highly experienced government affairs attorney and lobbyist, with a focus on representing businesses and advocating for their interests at all levels of government. David's experience working in federal and local government provides his clients with a unique perspective to forming public policy and lobbying strategies necessary to achieve his clients' goals.

David has represented a range of corporate clients from the largest, public Fortune 500 companies to local small businesses in all aspects of a business lifecycle: formation; licensure; strategic planning; compliance; litigation; mergers/acquisitions; dissolution; and licensing & regulatory. His clients are heavily concentrated in highly regulated or privileged licensed industries such as banking, construction, cannabis, gaming, liquor law, real estate, and healthcare.

David spends a significant amount of personal time serving his community. He is currently a federal appointee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights Nevada Advisory Committee, a trustee to the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Foundation, a member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce's IMPAC board, a committee member for the Henderson Chamber of Commerce's state legislative committee, and the Secretary to the Las Vegas Chapter of The Federalist Society.

David also serves the city where he was born and raised, Henderson, where he still resides with his family. David is joining the City of Henderson's Redevelopment Agency and is a former member of the City Charter Committee and a special ballot committee.
