The UAW has filed unfair labor practice charges against General Motors and Stellantis last week, claiming the companies violated the National Labor Relations Act by "refusing to bargain in good faith over mandatory subjects of bargaining including but not limited to wages and benefits." Both GM and Stellantis have denied these claims. The NLRB will now investigate these claims, taking anywhere from 7 to 14 weeks to complete.
