Rui is an experienced attorney with deep expertise in a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs, restructuring, technology transactions and alliances and legal due diligence. She brings extensive international experience, working in a variety of industries and fields in China for the last decade. While there, she served global, publicly traded pharmaceutical companies as in-house counsel and with domestic and international law firms.
Rui focuses her practice on transactional and general corporate matters, as well as international corporate affairs, specifically in the life science industry and cross-border transactions.
