Trevor focuses his practice on various aspects of corporate law, real estate law, mergers and acquisitions, and complex business transactions. He assists clients through contractual and daily operational matters and regulatory aspects of arrangements and transactions.
Prior to joining Howard & Howard, Trevor served as a Judicial Intern to Hon. David M. Lawson in the Eastern District of Michigan. Trevor earned his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School. During his time at Wayne State, Trevor served as the Publication Editor of Wayne State University Law School’s Journal of Business Law and Student Co-Chair of Wayne State University Law School’s Transactional Law Competition.
