Sarah is a well-rounded attorney focused primarily on business planning and transactions, trust and estate planning, and real estate. She counsels clients in a variety of industries through acquisitions and sales of businesses through asset and stock transactions, general negotiations, raising capital, and securing and licensing intellectual property rights. Sarah regularly advises clients on a range of legal issues, including tax and securities considerations related to mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and governance, grants of debt and equity, and structuring and implementing equity incentive plans. She also works with clients to develop thorough, customized estate plans and counsels clients through the trust and estate administration process.

Sarah graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in political science and earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law.
