I have represented clients in a wide variety of business and products liability actions. I have been, among other things, national trial counsel for a manufacturer of medical devices, national trial counsel for a manufacturer of certain silicone products, and select regional counsel for a manufacturer of seat belts and airbags. I have tried cases across a variety of sectors including commercial, general business, employment, products liability, tax, and personal injury, etc.
