Leslie is a corporate attorney and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contract review, and finance. He is experienced in drafting corporate governing documents including operating agreements, bylaws, buy-sell agreements, stock option agreements, confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, and corporate resolutions. Additionally, Leslie regularly drafts and negotiates equity and asset purchase agreements, private placement memorandums, subscription agreements, subscription questionnaires and operating agreements for private placement offerings.

Throughout all stages of business, Leslie provides expert advice to his clients. From counseling sellers and purchasers on agreements, to land contracts, and all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, Leslie is ready to help clients through all matters.

Leslie earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in political science, followed by his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
