Kevin Mitrick is a thoroughly experienced real estate attorney, representing institutional and individual clients across different industries, counseling them through acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions. He regularly advises clients on various aspects of real estate law, including contract terms, zoning regulations, title issues, homeowner associations, survey matters, and landlord-tenant concerns. Kevin also negotiates and prepares purchase and sale agreements and amendments, closing documents, leases and lease amendments, financing agreements, possession.
In his free time, Kevin volunteers for the David Darst Center for Social Justice, an organization focused on educating the complex realities of injustice and prepares participants with adequate tools to inspire social change.
Kevin graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with his B.S. in political science, followed by his J.D. from John Marshall Law School.
