Mr. Pollock has over thirty-eight years of estate planning experience and works with high-net-worth clients as well as clients with basic estate planning needs. In addition, he handles probate matters, including decedent's estates, guardianships and conservatorships, as well as the lifetime and post-death administrations of trusts.
Mr. Pollock has served as general legal counsel for many manufacturing and service businesses, including startups, and has guided these businesses through the myriad of legal issues they encounter. He has handled many large lending transactions on behalf of commercial borrowers as well as banks and other institutional lenders. Mr. Pollock also has many years of experience reviewing, preparing, and negotiating sophisticated commercial contracts.
He frequently speaks to both professional and lay audiences regarding estate planning and estate administration matters. Mr. Pollock has been a presenter at continuing professional education seminars for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
