Representative Matters

  • Successfully defended the CEO of a large energy company in a shareholder lawsuit claiming $2.6 million in damages for alleged claims of breach of fiduciary duty, alter ego, and unjust enrichment.  Dismissal was obtained after successfully arguing that the lawsuit must have been brought as a shareholder derivative claim, and that the shareholder plaintiffs did not have standing to sue. 

  • Representation of an investment consultant in downtown Las Vegas - Obtained a $6.8 million judgment on claims for alter ego, fraudulent conveyance, and civil conspiracy against real estate developers.
