I am a business law attorney with more than twenty years of experience helping businesses to manage and mitigate risks.

Brian started his career representing businesses in state and federal courts.  He quickly recognized that many business owners make the same mistakes and share many of the same blind spots.  These errors take center stage during protracted business litigation.

As an experienced litigation attorney, Brian has developed tools and practices to help businesses disentangle from litigation and refocus on generating revenue.

As an educator, Brian incorporates these lessons into the advice for his clients.  Through this process, Brian earned the trust of many businesses who have come to rely on his value-added approach to the practice of law.  The result is a thriving outside general counsel practice.

When litigation is absolutely necessary, Brian works hard to manage the costs while advocating for and obtaining solid results for his clients.
