Brett concentrates his practice in business and corporate law. He represents clients in a variety of matters involving mergers and acquisitions, other strategic business transactions, and corporate governance matters. He develops solutions to support clients’ diverse and ever-changing needs throughout all the stages of business transactions. This includes experience drafting, analyzing and negotiating a variety of corporate governance documents, purchase agreements, and related transaction documents.
Brett earned his B.A. in Business, magna cum laude, from Kalamazoo College, followed by his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School. He has been with Howard & Howard since 2019.
