Mr. Graziani’s principal areas of practice include business litigation, insurance coverage and defense, products liability, alternative dispute resolution and environmental law.
Mr. Graziani has handled and managed complex insurance coverage and toxic tort cases for over twenty years. He represents and counsels insurance companies involving coverage issues such as professional liability, general liability (primary and excess), first party property, employers liability, personal lines, errors and omissions, bad faith and construction defects. He has represented manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and installers in products liability cases, and has served as national, regional and state counsel for these matters. Mr. Graziani is admitted to practice in both, Michigan and Ohio, the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and has been admitted pro hac vice in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Florida.
Mr. Graziani is a graduate of the General Motors Institute (B.I.E.) and the University of Detroit School of Law (J.D.). He holds the “AV” Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating for ethics and legal ability. His professional accomplishments include the prestigious Michigan Super Lawyers recognition from 2010 through 2017, and the dbusiness "Top Lawyers" from 2011 through 2014 and 2016 through 2018. He has also completed the requisite courses and evaluations to become a certified mediator in the State of Michigan.
Mr. Graziani is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Insurance, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Negligence and Environmental Sections); Federal Bar Association of the Eastern District of Michigan; Society of Automotive Engineers; Environmental Law Institute; Defense Research Institute; Michigan Defense Trial Counsel; and the Italian American Bar Association. He is also very active in community affairs, Special Olympics and served as an elected Councilman for the City of Grosse Pointe Shores.
