Mr. Sheehan specializes in complex commercial litigation matters involving a wide range of industries, including automotive manufacturing, traditional and alternative energy generation and distribution, and financial and securities disputes.
Mr. Sheehan has appeared before the Supreme
Court of Michigan as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth
Circuit. He also regularly
represents clients in arbitration proceedings, including proceedings before the
American Arbitration Association, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority
(“FINRA”), and the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) Court of
Arbitration. Mr. Sheehan received a B.A. in 1992 from Arizona State University and a J.D., summa cum laude, in 1998 from Michigan State University College of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and its sections on Commercial Litigation and Insurance Law in 1998.
