Mr. Booth concentrates his practice on corporate law and business transactions.
He represents various businesses and investors with a particular focus on the construction, manufacturing, distribution, and healthcare industries. Mr. Booth has broad experience in corporate organization and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, corporate finance, lending, and other related matters.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Booth worked as a project engineer for Barton Malow Company, a national general contractor. He received his B.S. in Construction Management from Michigan State University and his J.D., cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, which he attended on academic scholarship. Mr. Booth is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
