I focus my practice on assisting businesses with evaluating and limiting transactional environmental risk.

Ms. Padley represents purchasers, sellers, and lenders in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and redevelopment of properties. She assists business entities in evaluating and limiting transactional environmental risk as well as operational compliance issues involved in transactions. Ms. Padley also works with developers, sellers, and municipalities in establishing and completing brownfield projects. She believes strongly that environmental issues need not be a barrier to successful transactions and is experienced in using a variety of methods to facilitate transactions where environmental concerns are present.
