Simi is a business-focused transactional attorney. With a strong foundation in business and an MBA background, she brings strategic insight to everyday business transactions, helping clients navigate challenges with confidence and clarity. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, where she supported judges by reviewing legal filings, researching case law, and drafting written recommendations and court orders. She was also heavily included in UIC Law's Restorative Justice program, where she contributed to initiatives aimed at promoting healing and community-based conflict resolution. 

Simi graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law. She contributed to the UIC Law Review, served on the Moot Court Executive Board, and provided pro bono legal services through the law school’s clinic.
