Mike is a health care and technology attorney with more than twenty years of combined in-house legal, law firm, and health care consulting experience.
He has led complex initiatives including a multi‑million‑dollar joint venture in the community health space, large-scale regulatory modernization efforts, and consulting engagements supporting Medicaid’s shift to value‑based reimbursement. He also helped launch the American Telehealth Association’s Virtual Foodcare Coalition and remains an active participant.
Mike earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law in Society. He received his B.A., with High Distinction and High Honors, from the University of Michigan.
