I am a dedicated litigator, helping my clients through various labor and employment matters.

Kristol is a well-rounded litigator who primarily focuses on labor and employment matters. She has extensive experience counseling clients in matters related to employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour disputes, trade secrets, and non-compete agreements. Additionally, Kristol has represented clients in front of various organizations, including EEOC, the Nevada Equal Rights Commission, The United States Department of Labor, the Nevada Labor Commission, OSHA, and more.

Additionally, Kristol works with clients to draft employee contracts, and helps to enforce them, including non-compete and severance agreements. She also counsels clients on personnel practices, employee handbooks and policies, sexual harassment and discrimination claims, employee hiring and termination practices, and more. Kristol also defends business owners against public accommodation discrimination claims and has litigated cases under various discrimination statutes, including the Americans with Disabilities Act.
