Jennifer is a trusted advisor with a wealth of experience guiding clients through complex probate administration, litigation, and sophisticated business transactions. Jennifer's diverse background allows her to offer clients comprehensive legal solutions tailored to their unique needs. 

Jennifer assists clients in navigating complicated—and often emotionally charged—trust, estate, and closely held business disputes. She brings a common-sense approach to each matter, developing legal strategies that are sensitive to the financial and emotional dynamics at play.

Jennifer’s transactional and counseling experience includes asset and stock sales, business formation and governance, including shareholder, partnership, and operating agreements, commercial real estate transactions, and the negotiation and interpretation of a wide range of business contracts.

Drawing on 30 years of legal practice, Jennifer serves as an adjunct professor at DePaul College of Law, inspiring and educating the next generation of legal professionals. She is also actively involved in numerous community and charitable organizations, reflecting her deep commitment to service and civic engagement.
