Arthur focuses his practice on real estate, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and commercial transactions. He represents developers, businesses, investors, and private equity sponsors in matters involving real estate acquisitions and financings, entity formation, commercial leasing, joint ventures, corporate governance, contract negotiations, and related business transactions.

Prior to joining Howard & Howard, Arthur served as in-house counsel for a real estate private equity fund and Delaware statutory trust sponsor, where he advised on acquisitions, loan closings, commercial leasing, investor matters, and securities compliance. He also served as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Counsel for MP Materials, a publicly traded rare earth mining and processing company, where he supported commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance initiatives. He began his legal career as a transactional associate at a Nevada-based law firm.
