I guide clients through every stage of real estate transactions and serve as trusted counsel to community associations, helping them navigate governance and legal challenges with confidence.

Andrew concentrates his real estate practice on a wide range of commercial and real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development, and sale of various types of properties and business entities. For over twenty years, he has served as trusted outside general counsel to community associations nationwide, offering strategic legal guidance tailored to their operational and governance needs.

His practice is centered on two key areas: representing community associations in matters of governance and litigation, and advising clients throughout the lifecycle of real estate transactions - from contract negotiation, to closing.
