Grace, who was previously with the Firm before relocating to San Diego in 2015 due to her husband’s job transfer, returned to her native Central Illinois to practice out of the Firm’s Peoria, Illinois office.

Grace represents secured and unsecured creditors in litigation. Her experience includes handling commercial and residential foreclosures, proofs of claims in probate litigation and bankruptcy litigation, debt collection and enforcement, loan workouts, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and commercial loan documentation.
In addition, Grace practices in the Firm’s labor, employment, and immigration group. In the area of immigration law, she concentrates on issues related to the employment of foreign nationals. In the area of employment law, she counsels human resource professionals on all aspects of the hiring and employment process and defends employers in litigation involving wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. In the area of labor law, she advises employers on all areas of labor relations, including union elections, collective bargaining negotiations, grievance processing, and she litigates arbitrations and unfair labor practice claims.
