Ronald is a distinguished attorney and long-time resident of Ann Arbor, Michigan. With a career spanning several decades, he has established himself as a leading practitioner in the areas of trusts, estates, and estate planning. His expertise extends to working with both individuals and corporate fiduciaries, managing and distributing trusts and estates of varying sizes, from insolvent estates to those exceeding $10 million. Additionally, he represents beneficiaries of trusts and estates, ensuring their interests are well-protected.

Ronald's career began at Ann Arbor Trust Co., where he served as an Assistant Vice-President and Trust Officer from 1975 to 1984. During his nine-year tenure, he administered trusts, guardianships, and estates, gaining invaluable experience in fiduciary responsibilities. He began practicing law as an associate with a local Ann Arbor firm, specializing in estate planning and trust and estate administration. From 1989 through 1996, he served as Senior Attorney with Miller, Canfield, Paddock, and Stone.

On January 1, 1997, Ron founded Gardner and Associates, P.C., a firm dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services in trusts, estates, and estate planning. His commitment to excellence and personalized client service has made Gardner and Associates a respected name in the legal community.
