With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the sports industry, including negotiating with collegiate collectives, Trey provides personalized legal guidance to protect athletes rights, brand, and career. Whether navigating contracts, endorsements, or personal matters, his commitment to excellence ensures that athletes can focus on what you they best—competing at the highest level. 

Additionally, Trey advises construction clients on matters involving partnership disputes, contracts and contract negotiation, construction defects, payment disputes, licensing requirements, and risk management. His client-centered approach helps him implement tailored legal solutions to resolve disputes in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.
 
Finally, Trey has also spent considerable time litigating employment matters, defending employers against claims of alleged violations of Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act. Further, he has arbitrated various matters for employers originating from alleged violations of collective bargaining agreements. 
 
Prior to entering private practice, Trey served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Jerome T. Tao of the Nevada Court of Appeals, as a judicial extern to the Hon. Abbi Silver of the Nevada Supreme Court, and as a legal extern in the appellate unit of the Clark County District Attorney’s Office, and Nevada Attorney General’s Office. These experiences helped him gain a deep understanding of Nevada’s appellate landscape, which has shaped and strengthened his current commercial litigation practice.
