I am an attorney that advises companies on various labor and employment issues that arise in the workplace.

Jessica focuses her practice on various labor and employment issues that arise in the workplace. She represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, in federal and state court and administrative agency proceedings involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Title Vll, the Family and Medical Leave Act, wage and hour violations, and other state and federal employment laws and statutes. Jessica's experience includes advocating for client interests in court conferences and hearings, and drafting briefs, motions, pleadings, position statements, letter correspondence, and discovery requests and responses. She has also conducted numerous investigations and internal audits on behalf of employers.

In addition to litigation, Jessica also has extensive experience counseling human resources personnel and company representatives on day-to-day employment matters, including hiring, termination, discipline, reasonable accommodation, restrictive covenants, leave, discrimination, and wage and hour compliance. She also provides counseling on developing and implementing employment-related policies and programs in compliance with new laws and regulations.
