Mr. Frost concentrates his practice in the areas of business litigation, corporate law, finance and commercial litigation.
has extensive experience in complex insolvency, commercial law and financial
restructurings on behalf of financial institutions. His litigation practice
includes representing businesses in commercial proceedings in federal and state
courts throughout the country.
Co-Chairman of Howard & Howard’s Financial Institutions Department, Mr.
Frost has successfully litigated cases involving FDIC claims against banks,
lending institutions, and bank directors and officers, claims involving lender
liability, bank fraud, transactional fraud, and complex commercial disputes.
Frost received his B.A. from Emory University in 1987 and his J.D. from
Washington College of Law of American University in 1990.
Frost is a member of the Chicago Bar Association (Committee on Bankruptcy and
Reorganization) and a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America. He has been
