Mr. Gingerich concentrates his practice in business and corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, and securities work.
Prior to joining Howard & Howard, Mr.
Gingerich was a Summer Associate with the firm. Before shifting to the legal
profession, he worked in business development within the aerospace and defense
industry, and most recently worked with a boutique investment bank focusing on
sell-side middle-market transactions.
Gingerich received his B.S., magna cum
laude, from Northeastern University in 2012 and his J.D. from Loyola
University Chicago School of Law in 2015 where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola University Chicago International Law
Review, a member of the Loyola Business Law Clinic, and a member of
Loyola’s transactional competition team. He is licensed to practice in the
State of Illinois.
