Mr. Schneider focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts.
He has broad
experience at the trial and appellate levels in areas such as commercial
contracts, the Uniform Commercial Code, product liability, condemnation, and
patent infringement. Before entering private practice, he gained invaluable experience
by serving as a law clerk for The Honorable Jean C. Hamilton, a United States
District Judge in the Eastern District of Missouri, and as an intern for The
Honorable Charles E. Rendlen, a United States Bankruptcy Judge in the Eastern
District of Missouri.
received his J.D., cum laude, from
Washington University in St. Louis, where he was an Honor Scholar, a member of
Washington University’s National Moot Court Team, and an advocate in the
school’s Appellate Clinic. He received
his B.S. in Business Administration, cum
laude, from the University of South Carolina, where he was a staff sports
writer for the university’s daily newspaper and a member of student government.
Mr. Schneider is
licensed to practice in the State of Michigan and before the United States
District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
