Mr. Rogers, an Attorney and Senior Consultant, focuses his practice on gaming law, including, land-based, internet, intellectual property and technology matters.

He serves as the Managing Member for both the Las Vegas and Los Angeles offices.

Mr. Rogers has become one of the gaming industry’s most visible and well-connected intellectual property strategists. He works with entities around the world and across diverse segments of the industry with game designers, system manufacturers, casino operators and investors. He evaluates, assists and helps to protect his client's ideas, concepts and innovations. He has also been counsel to the Gaming Standards Association since shortly after its inception in 1998.

Mr. Rogers has been a lecturer in the gaming industry and has authored numerous gaming and intellectual property articles. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, cum laude, and Thomas M. Cooley Law School, cum laude.
