Nick focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters, primarily in the financial institutions industry. 

Prior to joining Howard & Howard, Nick served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Charles R. Norgle (ret) and for the Honorable Martha M. Pacold of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Nick also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Bruce J. McGiverin of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.

Nick is fluent in Spanish. While attending law school, he taught Spanish 101 as a graduate student instructor in the Romance Languages and Literatures department at the University of Michigan.
